Since its creation in 1991 our Company has always operated respecting the long and important grastronomic tradition of our territory with passion and love this is why, Ii order to remember our town and its great food culture, we adopted the new name: “Genova Pasta”.
Our town has always participated to the evolution and success of fresh pasta, leaving us, over the years, the desire to create a simple product and at the same time, rich in history, taste and scents of our territory. Genova Pasta produces daily a great variety of fresh and stuffed pasta, using mainly wheat type 00 and, following ancient local recipes, where the use of herbs, beets and borage is very important Trofie, the most typical past of the Eastern Riviera, are produced with the best granite wheat only.
Genova Pasta, is a top quality manufacturer with a greater shelf life and uses heat treatment pasteurization followed by immediate cooling in order to lower the bacterial load. The products is packed in modified ATM bags or plastic food trays of different sizes (1 kg .- 500 gr. - 250 g). Deliveries are made by external couriers in refrigerated trucks in to maintain our product at a stable temperature according to the rules of HACCP.
